On weekend.

Hello, Monday!

Another lunch-break ramble, this is.

I realized I write more now that my work deals with numbers. I guess writing has become my sort of remedy, break from all those excel spreadsheets and numbers I have to deal at work every day.

I used to think I’m not a number person. But in the past 3 months.. numbers have become my daily routine. I think I spoke numbers most than ever during the past 3 months! Hahaha :p

Anyway, my weekend was great! How about yours?

On Friday I went to see a movie with my friends, there were 8 of us. It’s been quite a while since I saw a movie with that much of a companion, it felt like back during school days. We watched HUGO. The movie was okay I think, not really my cup of tea, but I can’t say it’s bad either. Those of you who are fond of inspiring-full of quotes- movies, go watch it!

On Saturday, I went to my Aunt’s house for a family gathering, then to RS Jakarta to visit my friend who just had a tooth surgery. After that, I went to Music Gallery, an event held by FEUI. Pretty interesting line – up that night, I saw The Trees and The Wild, The Adams, Pure Saturday, and The Upstairs. Wanted to stay longer for White Shoes and The Couples Company, but was too tired. It has been a while also since I last went to local gigs like that.. and I still enjoyed it! My favorite was TTATW, who played their new songs from their second album, just brilliant! I was left in awe.

On Sunday, I spent the day at home, just relaxing and trying to finish the “One Day” book that I’m currently reading. Suddenly I heard that my best friend Ima just gave birth, so I went to see her. I stopped at Pasar Minggu to have a coffee with Sari first, it was good to catch up!

In overall my weekend was veryyyy nice. I hope you all had a nice weekend as well..
