recent updates

well well, havent updated this blog for quite some time..
let me share you a good news first.
remember my last post about Saatchi&Saatchi internship competition? I got to second round! YAAAAYYY~ Alhamdulilah!
apparently my blog was amongst the top 50% so i could go into the next round, and for that round i had to complete a 30 minute quiz about advertising industry in the UK, which is very hard for me, as im not very aware of that.. hiks hiks. they will publish the result tomorrowww.. very excited, i mostly guessed when answering the questions, but who knows, i might be just lucky? ;)

oh, have i told you that im also working part time at Burger King now? i've been working for a month now, as a team member... which is another word for kacung kampret. hahahaha. i basically have to do everything, from cooking (making burgers, that is), greeting customers and taking their orders in the till, until cleaning the kitchen, dining area, the whole restaurant! yapp.. i do it all! :)
although its not the best job in the world.. but at least im quite happy with it, i have nice managers, nice colleagues (although we dont speak much, but no one is mean to me!) and i get quite a good pay.. which, ive been spending on lotttssss of clothes (just for the first 2 weeks pay only.. lol). i'll be receiving my other 2 weeks pay (i got paid once every 2 weeks) next monday, and im devoting myself to SAVE IT IMMEDIATELY.

i need to buy an iPod as my old one is broken (sadly..) and since im so greedy, i dont want just the normal iPod, i want iPod TOUCH! 32 Gigs! lol (that's why.. its kinda costly.. hiks)
i need to save up for my Europe trip this summer.. So far, im planning to visit Spain-Italy-Greece and perhaps France if i have more money.
i want to buy a designer bag/wallet before i go back home to Indonesia, just because it's way cheaper here..
i want to save up for my future plan when i got back.. (hmm.. hmmm.. :p)

SEE?! i have so many things on my wishlist!!
lets just hope i can accomplish them all...

meanwhile, i need to get back to work now, as im in postgrad study room at uni, waiting for my next seminar at 4.00. oh, i also have a submission deadline which is tomorrow at noon, a research proposal, 2000 words! wish me lucckkkk.. i need to finish it sooonnn... -__-
