Worry

wor·ry

verb: worry; 3rd person present: worries; past tense: worried; past participle: worried; gerund or present participle: worrying
1.
give way to anxiety or unease; allow one's mind to dwell on difficulty or troubles.
From google

I have been giving way to anxiety. I have allowed my mind to dwell on difficulty.
I let my mind got lost in negative thoughts, in all possible ways of difficulty.

I let myself got exhausted
I let anxiety took over

I do realize though, that this has to stop
Because all of those things are not real
They are just playing around in my head

Stop.
