Position: office

1. i am a hopeless romantic. i love all those mushy mushy romantic movies/songs/stories/whatever. deep down inside i still wish for a fairy tale wedding one day, hahahaha

2. i am a storyteller. ask my loved ones about this. i like to tell stories to others, from my daily life, others' stories, interesting news, anything! i just like to tell.. that's all. lucky me i have a boyfriend who truly loves me because of that :)

3. i am a social person. i love to meet people!

4. in contrary, i love to be alone in the crowd as well. only a few people knows that sometimes i love going to the mall or cinema myself, or simply just sit in a coffee shop, sipping my favourite coffee while watching people passes by

5. i still cant decide whether i am a morning or night person. in some days i get very lazy in the morning, in others i cant pull myself up when its already dark.

6. i have this weird addiction on blueberries.

7. i love to cook! well at least.. i have a high interest on learning how to cook, hehehe. i wish one day i can have my own "big - kitchen - with - state of the art - stainless steel equipment" just like a professional’s kitchen

8. i love to sing and i really really really wish that i have a good voice. i found it unfair, i can remember almost all song lyrics but i cant sing it well :(

9. i like to plan and organize things.

10. i still miss my pops a lot.. i miss him everyday and it makes me cry sometimes.. I miss him especially when I need someone to talk about my job and work stuffs, because I believe he will give the best answers. I miss his silly grin and I miss our group hug. I miss everything about him.. hiks

11. I cant eat spicy food. Not even KFC’s crispy chicken.

12. I cant wait to go abroad and live on my own. But Im sure I will miss my family back home like hell. But hey, I promise I will call and write as often as I can! J

14. I still sleep with my stuffed animal, a puppy named “Berandal”

15. people often still thinks that im a college student, even worse, a high school student! i wonder what it will take to look more mature… hahaha

lesson of life#1

today i learned an important lesson,

in life you have to make choices,
it wont be an easy one,
but u'll have to choose anyway.

rainy days

aahh.. here comes the rainy season.
the season which always makes me gloomy, slow, and lazy .. ,
not to forget, TRAFFIC JAM! (jakarta only)

yah udah beberapa taun terakhir, setiap musim ujan kira kira januari - febuari ini, jalanan jakarta pastiii sangat sangat ga bersahabat. in fact, everything is not. cuaca ga bersahabat, kecapean dikit langsung flu, parah2nya maag, mood jadi ga bersahabat, (gue sih ngerasanya) selalu gloomy dan males. satu2nya yang bersahabat menurut gue cuma kamar dan tempat tidur gue, where i can cuddle with my luscious ikea blanket :)

tadi aja it took me 2.5 frikkin cold hours to get to my office, yg normalnya dengan macet pagi hari jakarta, cuma 1 jam. hiksss...
belom lagi kantor gue yg mati lampu mulu (untung ada genset), dan my almost-unbearable intention to munch on sweets and sip on hot chocolate drink. gaswaaaaat...

gak kebayang kalo gue udah tinggal di UK nanti, bisa gendut dan ga produktif gue jadinya during winter days.. hiks :P

travel

i thought about this not so long ago,
but today, while looking at my friends' deviantart gallery, where he uploaded his pictures of world scenery, i thought about it again.

i want to travel around the world.
hell i do!

i want to wake up to singing birds in southern france,
i want to get lost in times square and harajuku,
i want to feel the hustle and bustle of the streets in india,
i want to sunbathe in those carribean islands,
i want to freeze in antartica,
i want to feel the heat of africa,
i want to climb those mountains, walk those roads, and swim in those oceans...

now tell me,
what should i do to accomplish that?

i thought of changing routes, from someone who works in the marketing industry to someone who works in tourism industry.
should i change major? take tourism instead of marcomm in my upcoming postgraduate study?
should i just stay in this industry, work super hard, get rich and then spend all my money to travel around the world after i retire?
should i marry a billionaire who can pay my travelling needs?

hahahahaa, mulai ngaco dehhh yang terakhir.. :p

new year and other things

havent wrote in quite a long time..
padahal lagi libur panjang nihhh.. 2 minggu!
padahal juga lagi banyak kejadian penting.. ulangtaun, taunbaru..
tapiii super gak sempet online, hiks..

so, about my birthday..
it was splendid! it was the first time ever i spent the countdown with a significant other.. and it was also the first time i brought a significant other to a family xmas eve dinner.. phew.. alhamdulilah semua berjalan lancar ;)
anyway, back to my birthday.. it was a very verry happy birthday! i got some nice presents, i cooked italian lunch for my family, and zia took me out for dinner, trus disurprisein sama dyan dan adi pas dinnernya.. hehehe.. happy happy happy!

dan abis ulangtaunnya, liburan doong.. tgl 26 nya i had a girls day out with my college besties, we had lunch, nyalon, shopping, daan malemnya nginep di rumah gue, watched dvd, gosipan, makeup-an, yet it was another happy time! :)

and there goes my final moments of 2008 ..
to sum up, 2008 was great! mulai dari momen2 awal sama zia, skripsian, lulus, wisuda, kerja.. with many ups and downs in between. i surely hope that 2009 will be so much better! fingers crossed!!

about new year.. this 2009..
i spent my new years eve at some cozy-fancy wine house : DECANTER di kuningan with zia and friends. abis itu night out di bf, dan early breakfast di suropati. not my typical new years eve, keliling jakarta, hahahahaha :p tapi seru juga!

yak dan last but not least,
here are MY 2009 RESOLUTIONS, everyone.. :)
1. i will lose weight and be more healthy
2. i will be more mature, wise and organized
3. i will spend more time with family
4. there shall be improvement in my religious life
5. i will go to UK and do my postgraduate study
6. i will stay in a relationship with zia and we will be stronger everyday
7. i will save more money
8. i will travel with my own money
9. i will learn more recipes and cook more often
10. i will open my own business
